In the app
- Open any Murphy app and sign in if you are not already.
- Tap the gear, then Account.
- Tap Delete my account, type the word it asks for, and confirm.
The deletion happens at once. The app signs you out on this device.
By email
If you cannot open the app, write to murphy@atommal.com from the email address on the account. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email address and any password or Google link).
- The cloud copy of your records in every Murphy app.
- Full-size photos stored for your account.
- Your plan record. An active Keep It Safe subscription is cancelled; nothing further is charged.
What is not deleted
- The records on your device. Deleting the account removes the cloud copy only. Your collection stays in the app on each device until you delete the app or clear it yourself.
- Anonymous install and usage counts. They were never linked to your account, so there is nothing of yours to find in them.
- Payment records that Stripe must keep for tax and accounting purposes. We never hold your card number.
Changed your mind?
Deletion cannot be undone. You can create a new account at any time, and your device's records sync up again from there.
